In addition to supplying bag cutting machines to manufacturers, ATS also supplies high capacity machines for bulk material handling. The machine capacity is 27.5 tons per hour. Pallets are placed on an infeed roller conveyor and are automatically fed into the machine via the roller conveyors. This machine can be used for filling a silo park, but also for example for silo trolleys which then transport the products to the user. To make full use of the capacity, automatic pallet feeding is a must. The operator can enter how many pallets are to be emptied. The machine also communicates with level detectors in the silos. Empty pallets are automatically stacked.
