The client is a plastics processing company that buys bagged granules and blows them into silos. From these silos the injection molding machines are fed. The machine capacity is 10 tons per hour. Pallets are placed on the elevator after which the operator starts the machine. The operator can enter how many layers of the pallet are emptied The empty pallet is removed again by the operator. Communication with the silos ensures that the machine automatically pauses when the corresponding silo gives a full report. A message appears on the machine's display informing the operator of the reason for stopping.
