This customer produces thermoplastic composites. Some of these raw materials are characterized by an explosion risk. There may be situations where there is a chance of dust explosion hazard. For that reason, this machine is ATEX equipped. The machine capacity is 15 tons per hour. Pallets are placed on an input roller conveyor and are automatically fed into the machine via the roller conveyors. The operator can enter how many layers of the pallet or how many pallets are emptied. The machine is equipped with a dust hood with extraction. Empty pallets are stacked automatically.
