Many liquids are transported and stored in drums and IBCs. These can be all types of liquids – from water to highly toxic substances, from food-grade products to pharmaceutical fluids. It is essential that these containers are and remain 100% sealed, even under the harshest conditions. Immediately after production, each unit must be individually tested for tightness, weight, damage, and more.
Machines can also be used for further handling. Ball valves and lids can be mounted semi-automatically. IBCs are placed in cages on pallets and stacked. Drums can be palletized and strapped.
